  • Are you selling both Honda motorcycles and cars?

    No, Pinnacle Honda deals solely in Honda cars. We stock and sell all models and variants of Honda cars that are introduced in the market by Honda Cars India Ltd.

  • Where is the service center?

  • What are the opening and closing hours?

    Pinnacle Honda is open 7 days a week (closed only a few select national holidays). From 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

  • Can i get a driver to pick up my car for service?

    Yes we do arrange for drivers to pick up and drop off your car after servicing , please call our helpline at (033) 4040 4444 for more details.

  • What is roadside assistance?

    Road Side Assistance or RSA is a new product from honda for complete peace of Mind ownership experience. The RSA team is a trained team to handle take care of all your emergencies 24X7. They are equipped with a flat bed towing truck to bring your car safely to the nearest Honda service center. Roadside assistance can be purchased from Pinnacle Honda.

  • I have asked for a certain registration number for my Honda but i got a different number why?

    The registration authority is the sole number issuing agency. It is a government agency controlled by the government. Though the rules do permit the customer to put in a request for a special number the final decision lies with the registration authorities. That is why at times customers may not get the desired numbers.

  • Are you trained enough to handle my Honda car

    Pinnacle Honda is well equipped with the latest state of the art machines that are needed to repair and service your prized Honda vehicle. All equipment is approved by Honda. The manpower at pinnacle Honda is also trained by Honda , some at the plant and others in house. There is also a Internal trainer present in Pinnacle to ensure that the work done is a quality job keeping in line with global honda standards. The manpower is also put through various tests and exams routinely to ensure that skill level do not drop.

  • How do i know that you are charging me fair prices for my services.?

    To ensure this Honda has fixed the rate for parts and labour. The same is updated in the software and the software given to the dealer. The prices cannot be changed , thus ensuring that prices charged and fair and approved.

  • Do you parking facility?

    Yes there is adequate parking facility at Pinnacle

  • How long do i have to wait for my car to be serviced?

    A routine service takes about 2 hrs, where the vehicle is serviced as per the schedule, washed and cleaned and returned to the owner. Sometimes the nature of the job is different and the time taken for the job increases. Our trained service advisors will also guide you and inform you for the time taken to do the job.

  • Is there a waiting area for me to sit in while i repair my car?

    Yes, Pinnacle Honda has the best lounge for Customers. You can watch TV, read magazines, order Coffee or Tea, access a power point for mobile charge or laptop use in a fully Air Condition.
